o\u00f9 nos conditions d'annulation sp\u00e9ciales s'appliquent)<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">- nous ne facturons pas de frais d'annulation jusqu'\u00e0 3 mois avant l'arriv\u00e9e<br \/>- De 3 mois \u00e0 1 mois avant le d\u00e9but des vacances, nous facturons 40 % du prix total de l'arrangement.<br \/>- 1 mois \u00e0 1 semaine avant le s\u00e9jour, nous facturons 70 % du prix total de l'arrangement.<br \/>- Au cours de la derni\u00e8re semaine avant le d\u00e9but des vacances et en cas de d\u00e9part anticip\u00e9, nous facturons 90 % du prix total de l'arrangement restant.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">La base de calcul des frais d'annulation est le co\u00fbt total du s\u00e9jour ou de la semaine forfaitaire.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Au plus tard 3 mois avant le d\u00e9but des vacances, le contrat d'h\u00e9bergement peut \u00eatre r\u00e9sili\u00e9 par le Haidachhof, pour des raisons objectivement justifi\u00e9es, par une d\u00e9claration unilat\u00e9rale, pour les r\u00e9servations \u00e0 court terme jusqu'\u00e0 1 mois avant l'arriv\u00e9e.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les r\u00e9servations en ligne doivent \u00eatre confirm\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment par le Haidachhof et n'entrent en vigueur qu'\u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les conditions d'annulation s'appliquent \u00e9galement aux r\u00e9servations d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du 17.5.2025 et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de nouvelle confirmation s\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Acomptes :<br \/><\/strong>Pour les acomptes d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9s au Haidachhof, un bon\/voucher sera \u00e9tabli pour la totalit\u00e9 de l'acompte en cas d'annulation et te sera envoy\u00e9 par e-mail.
